Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from CyberHacking. This policy explains when you can get a refund.

Purchases are processed by Gumroad (gumroad.com), our payment processor and reseller, which also delivers your files. You ask us for a refund by email, and approved refunds are issued through Gumroad back to your original payment method.

1. Toolkits, templates, documents and books (digital downloads)

Because these files can be kept once they are downloaded, they are not refundable after you have downloaded them. By buying, you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose your right to cancel once the download begins.

If a file is faulty, corrupt, or clearly different from its description, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you.

2. Bundles and discounted purchases

Bundles and discounted purchases follow the same rules as section 1.

3. When we may refuse a refund

We may refuse a refund where there is clear abuse, for example repeated buy-and-refund of the same content, sharing your account or files with others, or chargebacks raised after a refund was already issued.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email support@cyberhacking.io with your order number and the email used for the purchase. We normally approve eligible requests within 5 business days and then issue the refund through Gumroad. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show the money in your account.

5. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country of residence.
