Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use cyberhacking.io or buy toolkits, documents or books from us. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

cyberhacking.io is operated by CyberHacking, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (“CyberHacking”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@cyberhacking.io

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to create an account.
  • Keep your login details secure and do not share your account. Each account is for one person only.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

3. Buying from us

  • Purchases are processed by Gumroad (gumroad.com), which acts as our payment processor and reseller and delivers the digital files to you. Gumroad’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to your purchase.
  • Prices, and any sales tax or VAT that applies to your location, are shown at checkout on Gumroad.
  • Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a receipt.

4. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Your licence to use our content

When you buy a toolkit, document or book, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself.

  • Books: you may read them for your own study. You may not copy, share or resell them. Each copy is marked with the buyer’s details.
  • Toolkits, templates and documents: you may edit and use them inside one organisation (your employer or your own company), including sharing them with colleagues in that organisation. You may not resell, publish, give away or offer them as a product or template to others, or use them to create a competing product. Team or multi-organisation licences are available on request at support@cyberhacking.io.

All content remains the intellectual property of CyberHacking or its licensors. Framework names such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, PCI DSS and NCA ECC belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share your login, or let others access paid content through your account;
  • copy, scrape, download in bulk or redistribute our content;
  • attack, probe or try to break the security of the website, except through responsible disclosure to support@cyberhacking.io;
  • post illegal, abusive or misleading content in discussions;
  • use any offensive security technique taught on this site against systems you do not own or do not have written permission to test.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

7. Educational content – no professional advice

Our toolkits, documents and books are educational resources and templates. They do not replace advice from a qualified professional for your specific situation, and using them does not guarantee certification, audit success or regulatory compliance. You are responsible for adapting them to your organisation and for how you use them.

8. Exams and certifications

Books and resources that prepare for third-party certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or CRISC) are independent study material. Exam fees are not included, and passing an exam is not guaranteed. All certification names are trademarks of their owners.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the website available, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, improve or retire content. If we retire a product you bought, we will keep giving you access for at least 12 months or offer a suitable replacement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, CyberHacking is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, data or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For significant changes we will notify you by email or on the website before they apply. The date at the top shows the latest version.
